WAHOOO!!! I’m so excited that I’m bound to get my seat right now – I’m finally starting to see good weight loss results and I owe it all to Jen Ferruggia’s bikini body workouts.
I decided I would make a separate blog post to try to go into exactly how I started seeing weight loss results that led to the picture you see above (I plan on updating that with my progress over time, I’m only aiming for 15 pounds lost at the moment, but we’ll see what happens!)
Today has been a really good day so far – yesterday I went shopping and found a new favorite pair of pants (the old pair was starting to slide off LOL) I’ve just been walking around the house, checking myself out in different mirrors. And giiirrrrl I look GOOOD. LOL! “)
Jokes aside, it feels really nice to see that my hard work is really paying off. Every time I catch a look at myself it’s a self-esteem boost.
I have one message for any ladies out there who are about to start their own journeys:

How I Did It (And Why I Needed A COMPREHENSIVE Program)
People say that weight loss isn’t easy, and their right, but if you ask me the hardest part is just starting by far. Especially if you’re like me, someone who is really impulsive and not good at sticking to plans in general. Since I gave birth to my two boys the idea of any sort of organization in my life has flown straight out of the window.
My busy life as a mother was making it hard for me to sleep properly, cook meals (which meant that we hit UberEats a lot…. I mean a LOOOOOTTTT) , and in general I was stressed. It felt like weight was really compounding on my butt, thighs, hips, and even arms.
The worst part of it was the mental strain. I felt awful – tired and sleepy all the time, and looking at myself in the mirror was a blow to my self esteem.
The final straw was when I went to the beach with my husband. He said that my weight gain was fine, and that he’d love me regardless, but everytime I looked up from my book I would catch him him staring at some hot young 20-something.
Even though were no longer together, that moment really stuck with me. I started trying to all sorts of fad diets and workouts and I just couldn’t stick to them. I was starting to think something was really wrong with me, that I was destined to be big for the rest of my life.
But as it turns out, what I really needed was a SOLID workout plan to follow. Which is exactly what I got when I discovered the Jen Ferruggia Bikini Body Workouts. Initially I was going to buy the Vince Sant V Shred, but after doing my research and learning how expensive it was I decided to look for something a little cheaper.
I’ll show you what I mean, look at the price difference in the table below:
It’s fairly obvious that Jen Ferruggia and her bikini body workouts are a much better deal (and generally have much better reviews) than Vance Sant’s workouts. I try to save money whenever I can and you get a lot more value with Jen than Vance.
I’m not normally one to buy stuff like this online, but after seeing the reviews and information in Jen’s program I decided to take the leap.
And BOY am I glad I did!
The bikini body workouts are:
- Easy to do, even from the comfort of my home
- Easy to follow, especially with the video guides
- Easy to stick with, since they’re so comprehensive
At this point I can’t wait for my next beach trip with the boys. I’m planning on keeping my weight loss journey stable, so I’ll have to do last minute bikini shopping if I keep dropping weight like I have been 🙂
